Connect is the operator-grade tier for venues that build community at scale. Federation API access, region-wide tournaments, recognition pulled from your customers' Passports — the tools that let a regional FLGS act like a regional FLGS.

Every Connect approval goes through a human review. We do this because Connect unlocks platform-level access that's easy to misuse — and because the first ten venues we onboard are getting white-glove treatment no matter what.

What Connect unlocks

Passport federation API — your POS / event system can recognize a customer at checkout (with their consent) and credit attendance, loyalty, and recognition across stores.
Region-wide tournament tools — beyond the 200-guest soft cap, with cross-venue federation.
Verified-green badge — the trust mark on your public page after full identity verification.
Priority operator support — direct line to the team, ahead of consumer support tickets.
Everything in Venue — customer roster, multi-staff seats, the lot (Venue is a single $15/mo subscription with the owner's Pro bundled in).

Who this is for

Established FLGS, comic shops, board game cafés, and tabletop venues that run recurring events — Friday Magic, weekly board game socials, monthly tournaments. If you have an active community and you're hitting the ceiling of free tooling, you're probably the right fit. If you're still figuring out what to host, Venue ($15/mo, owner's Pro bundled in) is the better starting point.

We take customer data seriously.

As an Afterroar operator, you will never have permission to sell, share with third parties, or otherwise misuse the customer data flowing through this platform — including the data your own customers generate at your venue or store. Every cross-store data flow is consent-gated through the Afterroar system, per customer, per purpose. The Afterroar Credo is our public stakeholder hierarchy — a brand statement, not a contract clause you sign.
