Privacy Notice

Gamestead is a product of Full Uproar Games, Inc. Your account identity is a Passport (Afterroar); the Afterroar Privacy Policy covers identity data. This notice covers what Gamestead itself adds.
The short version
We collect what a game night needs and nothing more: who's hosting, who's coming, and what happened at the table. We don't sell your information, we don't run ads on it, and a guest can join a night with just a name.
What Gamestead collects
Account basics from your Passport (name, email, sign-in). Night data you or your host create: RSVPs, check-ins, seats, table results, suggestions, bring-list items, messages on a night, postgame text. Guest records: a name, and an email if the guest adds one for reminders. Venue pages: business information from public listings (marked with its source) and from owners who claim their page. Technical basics: logs, device and browser type, and approximate region, used for security and to make the service work. Location: only what you type or choose; Gamestead does not track your device's location.
How we use it
To run nights (showing a host who's in, sending the reminders a guest asked for), to keep accounts secure, to fix problems, and to improve the product from aggregate use. Emails about your nights come from gamestead@fulluproar.com. If you opt in to texts, the SMS program says what it sends and how often on the form where you opt in; reply STOP any time; mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who can see what
The people a night makes it visible to: a host sees their roster; guests see what the night's settings show them; a public night's page is public. Venue pages are public. We use service providers to run Gamestead — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), texts (Twilio), maps (Stadia Maps), error monitoring (Sentry) — each bound to use data only to provide their service. We disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people from harm. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Age
Gamestead accounts are for adults 18 and over. Minors may attend nights as guests under a host's responsibility; a guest record for a minor is a name on a roster, nothing more.
Retention and deletion
Night records live as long as the night's participants can see them. Delete your account and your Passport identity is removed per the Afterroar policy; your name on past nights becomes the record of who attended, like a scorecard, unless you ask us to remove it. Ask at privacy@fulluproar.com and we will delete what we can and tell you what we kept and why (for example, payment records the law requires).
Your choices
See and change your information in Setup. Turn notifications off per channel. Opt out of texts by replying STOP. Request a copy or deletion of your data at privacy@fulluproar.com. We answer within thirty days.
Changes and contact
