How it works
For the people who always end up organizing, and the places that host them.
Plan
Pick the date, pick the games, and put the night on the calendar.
Invite
Send one link to your regulars, and see who is coming before the night arrives.
Run the room
Check guests in as they arrive, so you know who is in the room.
Remember
Write the postgame while it is fresh. It stays on each player's Passport, so the night is still there next year.
Discover
Search nights near you, and ask to join the ones that look like yours.
Run your venue or club on Gamestead
Claiming your place is free and stays free: post the nights you are actually running, take RSVPs, check guests in at the door, and be found by players looking for somewhere to play. The paid step is for running the operation, meaning staff accounts, members and dues, money, and the numbers that tell you whether a night worked. A club and a venue are the same product at the same price.
