Pay for what you actually use.

Passport is free forever. Pro is for solo power hosts who run from their own account, no venue. Venue is your full host kit — 1 venue + your Pro bundled in — for $15/mo. Guildfire is the federation- plus operator ladder on top of Venue: Guildfire ($49/mo) is the entry; Merchant / Sage / Sovereign add the full POS, decision-support analytics, and multi-location. Each tier includes everything below it. Yearly saves you two months where a yearly SKU exists.

Through launch: $99 your first year on Venue Package (vs $149 standard yearly). Year-1 only.

Heads up: every paid venue tier (Venue, and every level of Guildfire) requires owner verification. Today that's a Full Uproar staff review during a 7-day probation window. After our 30-day trial converts, owner ID verification is required before billing — no exceptions.

Founding Host

You're in the first group of people looking at this.

We're being totally honest: the discover feed grows as the network does, and right now the network is small. Going Pro on day one mostly buys us runway to keep building — we're not pretending otherwise. Here's what we'll trade you for that:

  • 1
First 60 days on us. FOUNDING_HOST_2026 covers two full months at $0; $5/mo kicks in from month three. Founding cohort only.
  • 2
Bring someone in, knock more months off. Every paid Pro signup using your link earns you another free month; every paid Venue signup earns you three. They stack — bring in enough and your bill stays at $0 indefinitely.
  • Recruit 10, Pro forever. Hit 10 qualifying conversions (any mix of Pro signups and paid Venue claims) and Pro stays free for as long as the lights stay on. Founder badge, too.

Scheduling caps while you're Pro: none. Book as many nights as you can run. If Pro ever lapses to Free the caps take effect forward-only — nothing you already scheduled is stranded, only the next new one waits until renewal.

Sign in (or sign up) and your founding share link drops in here automatically.

Guildfire · levels

Choose your level.

Four levels, priced by what each one earns you. Guildfire knows your library. Merchant charges for play. Sage tells you which copies are earning their keep. Sovereign runs the whole chain. You can change levels anytime — features activate the moment billing flips. Every Guildfire level includes everything below it, plus the federation membership and Venue benefits (customer roster, multi-staff, venue page, the owner's Pro bundled in as a single $15/mo subscription — not a Pro-plus-Venue stack).

How verification works

  • Venue: claim the venue, then operate it during a 7-day staff-review probation. Full Uproar reviews your claim and verifies you're the owner. Federation publish and paid features unlock once that review lands.
  • Guildfire (every level): human review + third-party KYB (business identity verification). The KYB vendor handles all document upload + storage — we never see the files. EIN + business address + owner ID are verified before approval.

Application turnaround is typically 3 business days. We're intentionally slow on Guildfire approvals while we scale; the platform-level access these levels unlock is meaningful and we'd rather over-verify early. As our network matures we'll move every paid venue onto upfront KYB before billing converts.
